RATES & ACCOMMODATION

All the rates are in euros.
For further information regarding the number of guests we can accommodate in each room/property, please contact us.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

All the bookings are pre-paid. We only accept bank transfers.

Upon request we can send you an Invoice with the name of the reservations. If you want to include any Vat Number or if you want the invoice in a different name or company name, please inform us.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellations, please contact our team.

Cancellation fee policy:

•    Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival – 20% of total stay retained by Trulli di Maya

•    Cancellation 59 to 30 days* prior to arrival – 50% of total stay retained by Trulli di Maya

•    Cancellation 15 days* prior to arrival – 100% of total stay retained by Trulli di Maya

The refund of any of the percentages written above, can take from 5 to 25 days after the cancelation depending on the bank.

No refunds are given for ‘no show’, vouchers, flight cancellations, delays or departure from the trullis early or by any mistake on the booking process.

CHECK IN/OUT

Check in time, is from 4pm to 8pm. If guests are expecting to arrive later than 8pm, it will have an extra cost of 50€, and it’s important to let us know the exact arrival time.

Check out time on the date of departure is 10.30am. Late check out can be requested, depending on our availabilities we will do our best to satisfy your needs.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Trulli di Maya does not provide any insurance cover for the guests during their stay and shall not assume liability for any illness, injury or incident to persons visiting the properties. If you need an insurance cover we would suggest you to organize it prior to your arrival.

Trullli di Maya cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to private property, however it may be caused.
